  • No, you remain in control throughout the entire session. Hypnotherapy is not about making you do something against your will. Instead, it's a collaborative process where you work with the therapist to achieve your goals.

  • No, hypnosis requires your consent and willingness. If you don't want to be hypnotised, it simply won't happen. Hypnosis is a natural state we enter into willingly.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of someone else (unless booking for children). It’s essential for the individual seeking the appointment to contact us directly, as we cannot force someone to quit smoking or make changes unless they genuinely want to and are committed to the process.

    Everyone’s issues are personal, and what one person sees as a problem may not be seen the same way by the individual.
